Shipping Terms and Conditions  

Thank you for shopping at the CheapCDbooks online store. CheapCDbooks will sell to buyers only within the United States.

All products are shipped using First Class mail, if 13 ounces or under. First Class Mail is a service of the US Postal Service. It delivers packages to addresses in the mainland US, Alaska and Hawaii usually within 5 to 7 days and on occasion more quickly. Items qualifying for free shipping and products over 13 ounces will be shipped media mail. If expedited shipping is desired, or there are special requests, please email CheapCDbooks. Delivery confirmation information is supplied.

A valid email address is required when ordering via the CheapCDbooks online store. Your email address is used to send order confirmation and shipping notification. Be sure to add cheapCDbooks.com to the safe senders list in your e-mail application (Outlook, etc.). If you do not receive order confirmation by email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@cheapCDbooks.com.

CheapCDbooks will make every attempt to ship orders within 48 hours after they are received, pending payment verification. Occasionally there may be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances and every effort will be made to communicate such delays. All items are shipped from Chicago, Illinois.

RETURN POLICY

The quality of products is guaranteed. All products are brand new, factory sealed, and first quality. CheapCDbooks will accept returns if return proceedings are initiated within 7 days of receipt of product and product is either defective (covered by manufacturer) or damaged in transit. If you have a problem, please email us at info@cheapCDbooks.com.

Follow this procedure to insure credit on your purchase:

1. Email info@cheapCDbooks.com within 7 days of receipt of item, detailing the problem.

2. CheapCDbooks.com will email back with a Return Authorization Number.

3. Include a copy of your invoice (mandatory).

4. Use delivery confirmation (mandatory and will be reimbursed). Insurance is optional (not reimbursed). Products returned without invoice or Return Authorization Number will not be processed.

We will make every attempt to mail an exact replacement of the returned item, if still in stock. In the event that it is no longer in stock, the refund will be issued together with shipping costs, as noted below.

Defective items must be returned with the original packaging. Items returned without the original packaging will not be eligible for refunds or replacement. "Original packaging" is defined by the CD box or cover (not the plastic wrap), and any CD sleeves or inside packaging. In the event of defective goods or shipping error, we will reimburse the return shipping cost if USPS Media Mail is used with delivery confirmation.

Shipping or Billing Errors: You must notify us within 7 days of any shipping or billing errors that will require an adjustment by CheapCDbooks. CheapCDbooks stands by the value of honest communication, and will make every attempt to work out problems with buyers in a fair, satisfactory and timely way.

All correspondence concerning returns or exchanges must be done via email.
